Julie also works with companies to write or revise corporate dress codes and policies. She will work with your internal staff, reviewing your current policy, making recommendations that meet your company objectives, and defining dress standards for your organization. If your company does not currently have a written policy in place, she will suggest sample language and appropriate provisions so that your employees are sending the right message to your customers and prospects. To quote Julie, "The image of your staff IS the image of your business."

And Julie produces fashion shows featuring real clothes on real bodies. The focus is on blending personal style and lifestyle. She works with volunteer models from your company or organization — men and women — to illustrate professional and business casual dress and to educate your employees or members on the fundamentals of wardrobe building.  Along with being educational, this is a great team-building event!
